松弛性视网膜切开术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离

Relaxing retinotomy in treatment of complicated retinal detachment

探讨松弛性视网膜切开联合眼内激光和硅油或C3F8气体填充治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的效果及并发症。方法 :对 5 8例复杂性视网膜脱离患者行松弛性视网膜切开术 ,联合眼内激光和硅油或C3F8气体填充进行治疗。观察术后视网膜解剖复位、视功能及术后眼压变化情况。结果 :随访 6月 ,5 8例患者中有 42例视网膜仍在位 ,38例视力获得改善 ,5例眼压≤ 5mmHg。结论 :松弛性视网膜切开术是治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的有效方法。部分患者会出现术后眼压降低 ,因此应严格掌握手术适应症。

Objective:To investigate the effects of relaxing retinotomy with endolaser and silicone oil or C3F8 gas intraocular tamponade for treatment of complicated retinal detachment and its complications. Methods:58 eyes of complicated retinal detachment underwent relaxing retinotomy with endolaser and silicone oil or C3F8 gas intraocular tamponade.Outcome measures included retinal reattachment,visual acuity and intraocular pressure. Results:The retina was attached in 42 of 58 eyes with at least 6 months of follow up.Visual acuity was improved in 38 eyes,and hypotony(intraocular pressure ≤5mmHg)was seen in 5 of the 42 eyes. Conclusions:Relaxing retinotomy with endolaser and silicone oil or C3F8 gas intraocular tamponade in the surgery for complicated etinal detachment is an effective procedure.Hypotony occurred in some cases,therefore indications should be limited.
