摘要
高校机构改革进展迟缓 ,无实质性突破 ,主要原因在于仍然存在思想禁区 ,利益调整阻力较大 ,缺乏改革理论指导。为推进改革 ,需要继续解放思想、破除禁区 ,运用现代教育管理理论指导改革 。
Lacking of substantial breakthrough the slow organizational reform at universites attributes to mentally-forbidden zone, intense resistance against the reconstruction of interest and shortage of theory guidance. The advance of reform requires not only emancipating mind and breaking through forbidden zone but also applying modern managerial theory to reform and resolving various sorts of problems in practice.
