Teacher's Cultivated Manners Possessed to Guarantee Higher Vocational Teaching Quality

要保证和提高高职教育教学质量,教师应该具备的素养包括:全身心地效力于学生及其学习;熟悉自己所教学科的内容以及如何把这些学科内容传授给学生;能肩负起管理和监控学生学习的责任;“反思”教学实践并从经验中学习;明确自己是学习共同体的成员。

The cultivated manners that teacher should possess for guaranteeing and increasing teaching quality include whole body and mind serving students and their study, knowing well the contents of teaching and how to teach students, taking on the duty of managing and supervising student's study, considering teaching practice and learning from the experience, and definition themselves being member of study community.
