党员成分与党的先进性

Composition and Advanced Character of Party Member

我们党历来重视从工人阶级以外的先进分子中发展党员 ,在不同的历史时期 ,中国共产党的党员成分曾经发生过不少变化 ,但党始终是工人阶级的先锋队。一个党的先进性主要是由其思想上的先进性、阶级性所决定的 ,成分有作用 ,但不是决定性因素。

The CPC always lays stress on recruiting members from outside the working class. The CPC has been the vanguard of the working class though its composition changed a lot in different periods. A party's advanced character primarily depends on its mind and class one, composition affects and doesn't determine it.
