Theory on educating moral qualities of Confucianist in the pre Qin days is one of the most distinctive parts in the theories on morality of Confucianist at that time.This article sets forth this theory from the aspects of the content,the aim and the methods of educating moral qualities,and expounds briefly the reference significance of this theory for the idea of 'Ruling the country by morality'.
