Raising the incomes of farmers constitutes the central theme of china's rural reform and development. Analysis of the various factors restricting the growth of such incomes done by proceeding from the actual situating of China's rural economic development leads to the conclusion that the dwinding growth of farmers incomes are adversely affecting not only China's agriculture and rural economy but also the sustainable development of the national economy and the country's social stability. In view of this ,positive efforts incomes by properly adjusting and rationalizing the structure of the rural economy and accelerating the process of rural urbanization urbanization.
