进入 2 0世纪后 ,日本军部势力不断扩张 ,并与法西斯主义结合 ,逐步在内阁取得支配地位 ,最终在 40年代初形成了凭借天皇绝对权威的。
The reason why Japan became a starter of war during World War II lies in its militarism, which was carried to its extreme by the fascist system in the Military Ministry. This paper elaborates on the formation of such a system from three aspects.
