摘要
对教师在教学过程中的能动性关注不够是当前教学理论和实践的薄弱环节 ;目前的教学实践既不是以学生为主体 ,更不是以教师为中心 ,主宰教学的 ,是传统教育观念及由此派生derive出来的教学制度和实践。教师能动作用的遮蔽阻碍了教育教学改革和培养学生主体性的实践 ;观念的、制度的。
One of the weark link in teaching theary and practice in China is the lack of attention on teacher's dynamic. At presnet, teaching practice is not based on student or teacher, but has been controled by traditional education notion, system and practice. The defilade of teacher's dynamic obstructed the reform of education. The revolution of notion, system, and practice in educational field is the necessary step to liberat the dynamic of teacher.
