摘要
面对当前高校教师资源开发中存在的问题 ,诸如重常规操作、缺乏创新战略 ,重培养使用、缺乏人才开发的效益意识 ,重管理轻服务的非人本意识 ,重引进轻稳定的全局意识等 ,只有采用感情留人、环境留人、制度留人、待遇留人和事业留人等具体措施 。
To face the development of faculty resource in universities nowadays, we should change the down\|to\|date ideas such as thinking too much of routine operation, lacking innovation strategy, placing too much emphasis on the development, use and management and indraught of the person with ability, etc., and pay attention to the development of personnel whom are serviced according to their own aspiration and specialities, in order to reach the new and high request of universities by adopting particular measures, such as sensation, environment, system, treatment and career, to keep the person with ability from leaving.
