摘要
介绍了火炮膛压测压铜球准动态校准含义 ,分析了引起准动态校准压力对照表编表误差的因素。用落锤液压动标装置进行了某批次铜球变脉宽校准实验 ,利用回归技术建立了各种对应脉宽状态下铜球压后高与压力以及压后高与压力、脉宽间的经验模型 ,分析了当压力脉宽变化时铜球查表压力误差的变化规律 ,探讨了压力对照表适用的脉宽范围。
The meaning of quasi dynamic calibration of copper balls using to measure artillery chamber pressure is presented . The elements that caused the errors on working out the table with quasi dynamic calibration is also analyzed .The calibration experiment of some copper balls has been done on the dropper hammer dynamic pressure calibration device by means of changing calibration pressure's pulse width. According to the data acquired from the calibration , the relation model of height pressed to maximum pressure and height pressed to pressure pulse width is made by means of regression analysis. The variation law of error caused by pressure pulse width on checking the table of pressure measuring copper balls is analyzed .The dynamic application scope of pressure table is discussed.
