摘要 基于仿真的采办 (SBA)目的是对所有武器系统采购的全过程提供全方位支持。该文论述了SBA概念 ,讨论了SBA体系结构 ,指出了现行采办体系结构的不足和SBA的优点 ,阐述了当前研究SBA的状况 ,提出了开展SBA研究的必要性。 Simulation Based Acquisition (SBA) is to fulfil an overall support of weapon system across the entire acquisition life cycle within the Department of Defense (DoD). This paper discusses the definition of the architecture of SBA, identifies the drawbacks in the as is acquisition architecture and promotes the potential benefits of comprehensively applying SBA, presents current status of SBA, and finally urges the necessity to study SBA.
