摘要
根据异相凝集和包埋法的原理 ,先用乳液聚合法制备出负电的粒径约为1 50nm的聚苯乙烯 (PS)微球 ,控制合适的包覆条件使得PS纳米微球由于胶体表面电荷的作用能包覆在TiO2 颗粒表面 ,加热混合体系在t>tg(PS)的条件下制备出被PS完全包覆改性的TiO2 粉体。使用电镜。
By means of heterocoagulation and encapsulatin,on controlled condition,cationic titania particles were coated with smaller anionic polystyrene (PS) colloid particles which own mean particle size 150 nm prepared by emulsifier polymerization. The heterocoagulated units were heated up to 100 ℃ that was above the glass transition temperature of polystyrene.As predicted theoretically,the PS polymer spreaded over the surface of the titania particles to form composite particles with coreshell structure.The property of the coated particles was characterized by TEM,SEM,and Zeta potential.Particle size distribution of the particles before and after encapsulation was obtained by laser particle size analyzer.
