血管内皮生长因子、微血管密度与食管鳞癌临床病理及预后的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between VEGF,MVD and indexes of clinicopathology,prognosis in squamous carcinoma of esophagus

摘要 为探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、微血管密度 (MVD)与食管鳞癌临床病理和预后的关系 ,对 4 4例原发食管鳞癌、6例食管不典型增生及 10例正常人的食管组织石蜡切片进行血管标记和染色 ,检测 VEGF表达及 MVD。结果显示 ,食管鳞癌患者 VEGF阳性表达率为 6 5 .9% (2 9/ 4 4 ) ,VEGF表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移及 TNM分期显著相关 ;MVD与分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关 ;VEGF表达阳性组 MVD(47.34± 11.5 7条 )明显高于阴性组 (33.73± 11.33条 ) ,VEGF表达与 MVD具有相关性 ;VEGF阴性组和阳性组术后 3年生存率有显著差异 ,高 MVD者和低 MVD者术后 3年生存率有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。认为食管鳞癌VEGF表达增强 ,MVD增高 ;VEGF表达在食管鳞癌的生长、浸润和转移过程中起重要作用 ;VEGF和 To research the relationship of VEGF,MVD and the indexes of clinicopathology and prognosis of squamous carcinoma of esophagus.44 specimens from squamous carcinoma of esophagus,6 from displasia of esophagus and 10 from normal esophagus were made into paraffin sections.Then its were marked and dyed to be examined the expression of VEGF and MVD.Results showed that VEGF expession rate in carcinoma of esophagus was 65.9% and it correlated notably with the size,differentiation state,lymphatic metastasis and the TNM stage of the tumor.MVD had obvious correlation with the differentiation,lymphatic metastasis,TNM stage and distant metastasis.MVD expression rate in VEGF positive team(47.34±11.57) was higher than that in VEGF negative team(33.73±11.33). There was obvious correlation between the expression of VEGF and that of MVD.The survival rate of patients with high MVD and the level of expression of VEGF in tumor was significantly lower than that of patients with low MVD and the level of expression of VEGF.This suggests that there is a high expression rate of VEGF or MVD in carcinoma of esophagus.VEGF takes an important role in the proliferation,infiltration and metastasis of squamous carcinoma of esophagus.VEGF and MVD have great value in prejudging the prognosis squamous carcinoma of esophagus.
