摘要 给出了完整的全内反射型有机聚合物热光开关的设计方案 ,并研制成功了 1× 2光开关 .所研制的X结结构全内反射光开关 ,在交叉态 ,具有约 2 5dB的消光比 ;在全反射状态下 ,消光比达 2 2dB ,相应的驱动功率约为 15 8mW(驱动电压 3 2V ,相应的驱动电流 49 4mA) . A complete design scheme and fabrication results of the total internal reflection (TIR) thermo optic polymeric switch are presented for the first time.The measured results of the 1×2 TIR optical switch with an X junction show that the extinction ratio is about 25dB at the crossing state while the reflecting state can be obtained with a 22dB extinction ratio by applying a driving power of 158mW--a driving voltage of 3 2V and a related electric current of 49 4mA.
