基于PC机的等精度频率测量仪器的设计

The Design of Computer-Based Frequency Counter Using the Method of Equally Accurate Measurement

本文采用双计数器同步测量原理,按照虚拟仪器的概念,提出了一种基于PC机的频率测量仪器的设计方案。该仪器实现了信号在全频段内等精度测量并具有多种数据处理功能,同时由于充分地利用了PC机的软、硬件资源,因而仪器的成本低、设计周期短。

A practical design of frequency counter is presented, which uses synchronous measurement principle with dual-counter according the concept of virtual instrumentation. It can bring the same high accurate measurement in full frequency range and some data processing.It can also speed the developing time with low cost.
