天津经济技术开发区食品行业从业人员卫生知识水平调查分析

摘要 目的 提高食品从业人员的卫生知识水平,了解食品从业人员的卫生知识水平现状,找出影响食品从业人员卫生知识水平的主要因素,为搞好食品从业人员卫生知识培训工作提供依据。方法 随机抽查天津经济技术开发区868名食品从业人员的卫生知识状况,并对结果进行卫生统计学分析。结果 868名食品从业人员卫生知识合格率为66.36%,从业人员卫生知识水平在年龄(X^2=15.21,P<0.005)、文化程度(X^2=205.41,P<0.005)、从事食品工作年限、所在单位行业特征以及是否曾参加过卫生知识培训方面(X^2=18.62,P<0.005)存在显著性差异。结论 天津经济技术开发区食品从业人员卫生知识知晓率已达到合格水平,但仍有相当一部分食品从业人员卫生知识水平有待提高。 Objective Promolting the healthy knowledge level of personnel of food frade is an important content of the dietetic sanitation management. To understand the current status of the healthy knowledge level of personnel, finding out the main factors influencing healthy knowledge level and provding the evidence for the proper healthy knowledge training. Method Randomly investigating the healty kon-wledge level of 868 people wqorking with food in TEDA and conductiong statistic analysis', on the sampling results.Results The pass rate of the 868 people working with food is 66.86% .There are significant differences in aspects of their age, educational level, working time in dietetic area, industrial characters of their working units and whether they attended the healthy knowledge training before. Conclusion The pass rate of the healthy knowledge test of people working with food of TEDA is acceptable, but there are a certain number of people wotking with food whose healthy knowledge level need to be promoted in future.
