摘要
为了掌握5所不同等级军队医院护理人力成本使用现状,探索合理使用护理人力资源,降低医疗成本,提高医院管理水平,对医院内各种现有岗位的有效护理工时进行分析研究,认为提高护理人力资源的使用效度,应摆正护理工作的重心,突出以病人为中心的人力资源投入价值趋向。减少护理人员间接护理工作负担,制定护理程序,实行分级管理,要转变目前分工不明,职责不清的状况,真正提高护理人员的使用效度。
In order to grasp the present actuality of nursing manpower cost in 5 different rank military hospitals, probe into reasonable use of nursing manpower resource, reduce medical cost, and enhance managing level. The efficient nursing man-hour of different present posts in military hospitals, was analysed. The result showed that the availability nursing man-hour is basic in hospital manpower cost management. Efficiency means with least hygienic resources attain coequal or bring more health effect. Efficient hygienic serves redound to reduce devotion and retrench hygienic resources. For the sake of enhancing using effect of nursing manpower resources, stand out the patient as center is manpower resources valuable tendency. Reduce indirect nursing work, constitute work process, carry out classification manage, enhance using efficiency of nursing manpower resources.
