汉字属表意文字系统 ,在教学上与汉语不是同一的关系。汉字的本体是字形 ,汉字教学必须从字形出发。汉字构形学是探讨汉字形体构成和演变规律的学说 ,并且与汉字习得规律密切相关 ,有很强的实用性 。

Chinese characters belong to the ideographical writing system, and should not be mistaken for the Chinese language. As form is the major component of Chinese characters, characters teaching should start with the teaching of forms. Structural theory of Chinese characters is a theory of the structure and change of character forms, which is closely related to the acquisition of Chinese characters. The theory, practical in nature, is valuable for Chinese character teaching.
