入世后我国农村与农民职业技术教育发展对策研究

加快科技进步步伐，提高农民经济收入，实现农业市场化、农业产业化和农业现代化，始终是我国农民教育的宗旨和核心内涵。为此，发展农村与农民职业技术教育，就要从提高农民的综合素质入手，从提高农民效益和加入WTO后的农业竞争力着眼，研究其本质特征，运行规律和发展趋势，并采取相应的对策与措施。

It is still the aim and central implication of peasants education in our country to accelerate the pace of scientific and technological progress,heighten peasants econonic income and realize agricultural marketing,industrialization and mod ern ization.We should begin with heightening our peasants comprehen-sive ability to develop the country side and the peasants vocational and tech nical ed ucation,attach impor-tance to heightening their eco nomic income and international competi tive ability after China's entering WTO in order to research the characteristic of its nature,its work ing law and its developing tendency and take corre sponding tactics and measures.
