摘要 为了使网络从拥塞中解脱出来,可以采用拥塞管理机制。拥塞管理机制包括拥塞控制机制和拥塞避免机制。本文介绍了拥塞控制机制和拥塞控制机制的实现方法。 In order to alleviate the congestion of Internet.We adopt congestion manageing.It includes congestion avoidance and contrel.This paper introduces the method s of congestion avoidance and contrel.
