摘要
介绍了利用热电偶温敏器件实现毛纺布上光处理温度智能监控系统 ,给出了系统的硬件结构及软件流程。该系统采用 PID控制完成 2 4路温度循环检测或单路检测功能 ,具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力 ,已在多个毛纺布上光机温度监控中应用。
The intelligent monitoring system of wool fabric grazing treatment which is realized by the thermocouple temperature sensor is introduced, the structure of hardware and the flow chart of software of the system are given. The system realizes the testing function of 24 channels or single channel temperature by PID control, and it is provided with excellent stability and anti-jamming capability. This system has been developed and widely used in wool fabric grazing treatment equipments.
