摘要
介绍了以S7 2 0 0系列PLC为核心来控制电石炉温度的控制方案 ,并着重给出了S7 2 0 0与PC的通讯、PLC中曲线的存储、多模式切换以及变周期控制的实现方法 。
This paper introduces a way to control calcium carbide furnace temperature using S7-200 series PLC,and gives the realizing method on communication between S7-200 and PC,the curve storage in PLC,multi-mode exchange and changeable cycle in produce process,which show us a valid way in mining industry process control.
