摘要
介绍了一种生化物质分析系统的原理与实现。该系统通过电泳原理 ,对微管道内生化物质进行高压分离和激光诱导荧光光学检测 ,从而实现对生化物质的成分分析。实验结果表明 ,系统重复性好、准确度高 。
The working principle and realization of a biochemical substance analysis system are introduced.The system,based on the principle of electrophoresis,separate the biochemical substance in the micro channel with high voltage and measure them by means of LIF.The experiment results show that the system has good repetition and high precision,it can efficiently measure the separation of biochemical substance with high speed.
