摘要
将自蔓延高温合成技术与离心铸造技术结合 ,开发了陶瓷内衬复合铜管技术 ,可在铜管内表面涂敷耐磨性和耐蚀性优良的陶瓷涂层。为提高陶瓷涂层致密度、韧性和结合强度 ,研究了添加剂的影响 ,结果表明 ,在铝热剂中加入SiO2 、CrO3 可提高致密度 ,加入Na2 B4O7可提高结合强度 ,加入ZrO2 可提高断裂韧性。陶瓷内衬复合铜管应用于管坯结晶器 ,可提高使用寿命 。
A new kind of ceramic coating technique was developed by combining the self propagating high temperature synthesis(SHS) with centrifugal casting to coat the ceramic compound featured with excellent wear and corrosion resistances on the internal surface of the copper pipe.The effects of additive agents were researched,the results showed that the density;the combining strength and the toughness of the ceramic layer could be increased respectively by adding SiO 2 and CrO 3;Na 2B 4O 7 and ZrO 2 in the thermite.The service life of the mould could be improved and the cost could be reduced when the ceramic lined compound copper pipe was used in the CC mould.
