摘要
本文描述了阀控缸高压气动位置伺服系统 ,提出采用变增益单神经元自适应PID控制器来实现活塞位移的实时控制 ,仿真结果表明 ,这种控制器具有运算量小、强鲁棒性、快速跟踪性等优点 ,是一种非常合适在实际中应用的控制器。
A high pressure pneumatic servo system controlled by servo valve is described in the paper,and a single neuron adaptive PID controller with variable gain is presented to control the piston displacement in real time.The simulated results show that the controller has the advantages of higher computational efficiency,stronger robustness,quicker tracking ability etc.So the controller is appropriate to actual high pressure pneumatic position servo system.
