摘要
介绍了一种风机现场动平衡的方法。根据转子一阶振型和二阶振型成正交关系 ,在一阶临界频率处校正转子的静不平衡 ,在二阶临界频率处校正转子的偶不平衡 ,从而实现风机的理想平衡状态。
A field balance method for fan is introduced. According to the first and second order vibration pattern of rotor orthogonality relation, the static unbalance can be corrected at the first order critical frequency and the dynamic torque unbalance can be corrected at the second order critical frequency. In this way the fan can be balanced ideally.
