Studies on economical burden ratio and its selection in some alumina factory using Bayer Process

本文根据某厂的工艺条件和矿石溶出性能,研究了不同的配料比所产生的溶出效果,分别从技术指标和经济性角度提出了配料比的选择。

Based on actual performances of ore digestion under a specified technological conditions in an alumina factory,the effects of various burden ratio of raw materials(bauxite,lime ,etc)on digestion performances are studied and analyzed with the findings of appropriate economical burden ratios proceeding from developments of techno-economical performances and practicality.
