摘要 针对特长连铸钢坯爆炸焊接过程中的断裂现象,采用结构力学的分析方法建立了简单的计算模型,研究了试验中材料发生裂纹和断裂的原因。阐明了爆炸焊接较长连铸钢坯时装配工艺和起爆方式的重要性,并指出在对已包覆坯进行二次爆炸加工时,应重视地基、起爆位置和加工硬化的影响。 The problems often occurred in the course of explosive weld cladding of spe-cially long continuously cast steel were described and the causes of fracture thereof were pointed out and analyzed with a simple mathematic model based upon structure mechanics.The assembling technology and the detonation methods play a key role of fracture of the longer continuously cast steel during explosive weld cladding.It was pointed out that attention should be paid to the basement the detonation site and strain hardening in the secondary ex-plosive cladding.
