摘要
本文通过黑热病10例误诊分析,体会到了在非疫区凡遇原因不明反复发热并到过疫区者,发热伴肝脾肿大及血细胞减少者,应想到黑热病可能,尽早到相应实验室检查,以便早期诊治。
Through an analysis of 10 misdiagnosed cases of kala-azar (visceral leishmaniasis), the authors advise that physicians should think of the possibility of visceral leishmaniasis when they meet the patients with repeated fever of unknown, who have been in epidemic district, and those who have fever with enlargement of liver and spleen and leukopenia. The doctors have to examine the patients' bone marrow early and carefully in the laboratory and to do other tests for ruling out other diseases to diagnose and treat them early.
