摘要
本文介绍了一种简单的银耳芽孢分离纯化方法,用极其简单的培养基在短时间内能分离得到纯净的通江银耳芽孢。此芽孢呈卵园形,乳白色。在16×40倍的光学显微镜下测其大小为4.5×6.5μm,液体培养中多单个存在,也有链状排列,附有显微照片。单菌落特征为乳白色糊状,表面光滑,中间微凸起,边缘整齐,带有金属光泽,但单凭菌落特征是否典型不能判断银耳芽孢的纯净性,应以显微镜检验孢子形态是否一致判断。此研究为进一步运用高科技开发通江银耳资源奠定了必要的基础。
In this paper, a simple method about separation and purification of tremella fuciformis basidiospore is introduced. By this method you can get purified basidiospore with very simple medium in short time. Tretnella fuciformis basidiospore in Tongjiang is milk white, ovoid and 4.5×6.5 micron in size under microspope of 16×40 magnification. Most of basidiospores are single in liquid culture and some link as a short chain. The microphotograph is first given in the paper. The purified colony is milk white, pasty, smooth surface, a little convex in the middle, orderly edge and has the luster of metals. The pure basidiopore cannot be judged only according to the speciality of colony, but should be judged by whether the form of colonies is uniform under microscopic examination. This study laies a necessary foundation of further opening up Tongjiang tretnella fuciformis resources with high scientific technology.
