广西蔗糖产业化存在着种蔗与制糖脱节 ,产销脱节 ,科技贡献率低 ,制糖成本高 ,产业化领导体制不健全等问题。完善广西蔗糖产业化的对策有 :建立蔗地转包机制 ,促进甘蔗规模化种植 ;加强蔗糖生产全过程的科研工作 ,调整蔗糖生产结构 ,保持适度生产规模 ;以资产为纽带进行制糖企业重组 ,促进股票上市 ,充实自有资本 ;完善领导体制。

Guangxi cane sugar industrialization meets with problems of disjointment between sugar cane cultivation and sugar refinement, production and sale, and also problems of low scientific and technological application, high cost of sugar refinement, unsound supervising system, etc. The countermeasures to improve Guangxi cane sugar industrialization are as follows: set up system of sugar cane fields subcontraction, develop mass cultivation of sugar cane, strengthen scientific research on cane sugar refinement process, adjust cane sugar production structure, maintain appropriate scale of production, reconstruct sugar refinery enterprises on the basis of capital, spur the listing of stocks, augment self-hold assets, improve system of leadership.
