摘要
聚合物粘液(如涂料,漆、树脂等)通过导轨(如机口,载运带,载体等,在重力作用下或粘附力作用下,或挤压力作用上)流延成膜技术已在塑料、绝缘、包装、照相、装饰、建筑、防腐蚀等工业领域中广泛使用,本文目的是研究聚合物粘流在等温条件下通过导轨流延成膜过程中,平均流速与机口间距的关系,与制平板膜的条件,以助制膜质量的提高。
The technology of making film from polymer viscous liquid(as coating, paint, resin) by flowing extension through vertical guide wire(such as machine port,carry deliver goods,carry body and so on)under the action of gravity, viscous attach force or squeezing presure has been used widely to the industrial field, such as plastics, insulant, package, photograph, adornment, building, resistant to corrosion etc. The purpose of this paper is studying the relationship between the flowing speed and the distance from the machine port and controlled conditions of parameter of making no curving film when polymer viscous fluid through machine port at constant temperature for making film by flowing extension. Thereby this may be helpful to improve the quality of the making film.
