从我国对外贸易法、外资法、服务贸易法和知识产权法四个方面论证了中国法律与WTO规则的距离和存在的问题 ,提出了完善我国法律以适应WTO规则的具体对策。

This article demonstrates the distance between the Chinese law and WTO regulations and the problems lying in the foreign trade law, foreign capital law, trade in service law and intellectual property law, and also puts forward concrete measures of how to perfect our law to adapt itself to the WTO regulations.
