有序介孔SiO_2在低表面活性剂下的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 论述了碱性介质条件下 ,采用低表面活性剂浓度 ,在表面活性剂与硅源的摩尔比仅为 0 0 6∶1的条件下 ,利用表面活性剂与硅源水解后形成的聚集体相互作用 ,在溶液中形成分子自组装体 ,进而形成有序介孔SiO2 材料 .并对其进行HRTEM分析和小角度XRD分析 ,以及红外可见光谱FT -IR分析 .研究表明 :在低表面活性剂下 ,经分子自组装可形成排列有序的六方结构 .水热条件下使分子的作用增强 ,介孔骨架中硅原子的聚集度提高 .实验说明铝原子的引入取代部分硅原子导致晶格增大 。 Ordered mesoporous silica was successfully synthesized in a much lower surfactant condition.In an alkaline solution,cationic surfactant interacts with coaggregation of orthosilicate ester.In the meantime,a self assemble molecular was formed.The mole ration of surfactant and silica source is only 0 06∶1.The resulting materials were characterized by HRTEM, low angle XRD,TG DTA and FT IR.Studies show that a much lower surfactant can be used to produce mesoporous silica through molecular self assemble.By a special processing,ordered mesporous silica was formed.In an hydro thermo condition,molecular interaction was increased,and coaggregation of silica in mesoporous structure was also enhanced.Lattice constants of mesoporous structure was increased with aluminum atom replacing silicon atom.This makes templating remove easily and results in mesoporous structure keeping in good shape.
