The Quick and Accurate Identification of Brazing Defect with Improved Wavelet

以小波分析为基础 ,针对焊件缺陷实时检测图像边缘信息的梯度表征特点 ,在边缘提取算子上加入一个新的对边缘信息的判断算法 ,提出一种具有抗噪声干扰、实时性好、能够识别出微小的缺陷边缘信息、边缘定位准确的分析方法 .在焊件质量检测的应用中 。

By using wavelet analysis in dealing with 2 D images detected from brazing joints,the wavelet algorithm has been improved by way of edge gradient identification. A new method of identifying tiny edges more accurately is presented. The method is applied perfectly in checking defects of brazing joints.
