摘要
用两步退火法在玻璃基体中制备了CdSSe半导体量子点 ,并测量了它的室温吸收光谱 .根据吸收谱的基态能与量子点尺寸的关系 ,用有效质量近似模型计算了量子点的平均尺寸 ,其结果与透射电镜观测值较好符合 .
CdSSe semiconductor quantum dots embedded in glass have been prepared by two step annealing methods. From the absorption spectra we have calculated the mean size of sample by means of effect mass approximation model. The calculated results look almost the same with the TEM ones.
