摘要
从氟资源化出发 ,提出了氟碳铈矿环境友好冶炼工艺 .新工艺回收氟 70 %以上 ,减少了Ce(Ⅳ )还原和除Fe、Th等工艺步骤 ,H2 SO4可以多次重复利用 ,大大减少了化学材料用量 ,提高CeO2 回收率 10 %以上 ,从源头上大幅度削减了污染负荷 。
Considering fluorine resorce, the enviroment being smelting technology of fluorinate carbonaceous cerium is put forward in this article. The fluorine recovery is 70% in this new technology. Some process steps are decreased, such as reduction of Ce(IV), elimination of Fe and Th. H 2SO 4 can be used repeatedly. The percent recovery of CeO 2 can be raised by 10%. This techhology can reduce the pollution burden in quantity and make full use of the resorce.
