摘要
目的 观察经 γ-刀照射不同时间的正常肝组织病理改变。方法 将正常新西兰大白兔分为 6个实验组 ,分别为 γ-射线照射后 4小时 ,8小时 ,12小时 ,18小时 ,2 4小时和 48小时组 ,照射剂量为单次 2 0 0 Gy。用常规 HE染色方法观察经 γ-射线照射后肝组织的病理变化。结果 照射后 4~ 12小时 ,照射野内肝组织出现小灶性轻度肝细胞浊肿和轻度脂肪变性 ;照射后 18~ 48小时 ,照射野内出现肝组织坏死。结论 在本实验照射剂量下 ,γ-射线照射肝组织后 18小时引起肝细胞死亡 ,其死亡方式主要是细胞坏死 ,而不是凋亡 ,造成细胞死亡机理可能和电离辐射引起的脂质过氧化有关。
Objective To observe the changes of the hepatic cells induced by γ-rays. Methods Fourteen New Zealand rabbits were divided into 6 experiment groups and a control group. The samples of liver were taken at 4, 8, 12, 18, 24 and 48 hours after irradiation with 200Gy rays, and the hematoxylin-eosin stained sections with the lesions of hepatic cells were examined under light microscope.Results Fatty degeneration and cloudy swelling were observed 4-12h after irradiation; necrosis was observed 18-48h after irradiation, and the necroses seen in the irradiated area were not well-distributed.Conclusion The mechanism of cell damage involves the lipid peroxidation-caused necrosis, but not apoptosis. The irregular distribution of necroses in the irradiated area might be a result of the irregular distribution of γ-rays intensities in the area.
