模拟机联合组织活检枪在肺部周围性病变中的应用

Application of the pattern′s apparatus in combination with the tissue biopsy gun in lung peripheral lesions

目的 :评价模拟机联合组织活检枪在肺部周围性病变中的临床应用效果。方法 :对 30例肺部周围性病变经其他检查无法确诊的病人采用模拟机联合组织活检枪经胸壁穿刺活检及切取组织进行研究 ,以明确组织病理学类型。结果 :活检均取得成功 ,病理阳性率为 10 0 .0 % ,病理证实为恶性病变者占全部病例的 70 .0 %。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,耐受性好 。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the pattern′s apparatus in combination with the tissue biopsy gun in lung peripheral lesions.Methods:30 patients with lung peripheral lesions who can not be diagnosed by conventional methods were studied by using the pattern′s apparatus in combination with the tissue biopsy gun. The tissues of the lesions were obtained and the pathologic features were analysed.Results:All the biopsies were obtained successfully, and the pathologic features of all 30 cases were analysed;of them,21 cases were confirmed to be malignant (70%).Conclusion:The method is convenient, well tolerable with less complications. The method can be used routinely when the lung peripheral lesions can not be determined by convenient methods.
