Ideologlcal Education for Employment of Graduatint Student to be Penetrated Through Whole Process

针对大学生在就业中所表现出的思想问题 ,以及高校就业指导工作中淡化思想教育的倾向 ,本文论述了思想教育在就业工作中的重要地位 ,并就思想教育内容和方式方法提出建议。

In view of some ideological problems existing in the employment of graduating students in universities and the trend of ideological education attached less importance in the guiding job for employment; an important status of ideological education in employment was expounded. Moreover, the contents, forms and methodologies for ideological education were suggested in the paper.
