该文通过对现代信息和网络技术动态发展条件下的“现代远程教育”的内涵演进和关键环节的分析 ,提出对“现代远程教育”的新认识、新理念、新要求 ,在此基础上指出当前需要解决的。

This essay makes an analysis on the connotative evolution and key links of modern distance education under the condition of modern information and the dynamic development of network techniques. Then the author proposes new ideas and new understanding on modern distance education and sets new demands on it. Finally the essay points out the three big and new problems that have to be settled urgently now.
