摘要
应用自蔓延高温合成技术和离心技术 ,制造了陶瓷内衬复合钢管 ,分析了自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管原理 ,测试了复合钢管性能。复合钢管陶瓷层硬度高、耐磨性好 ,但孔隙率高、韧性低。在铝热剂中加入 Si O2 ,可提高致密度 ,改善耐蚀性 ,加入 Zr O2 可提高断裂韧性。应用于输煤管道上 。
Porcelain-lined compound steel pipe is manufactured by using the self-diffusion high-temperature composite technology and centrifugal technology. The principle of self-diffusion high-temperature composite porcelain-lined compound steel pipe is analysed, performance of the compound steel pipe is tested. The porcelain layer of compound steel pipe is of high hardness and good wear resistance, but of high void rate and low ductility. Adding SiO 2 to thermite can enhance compactness and improve corrosion-resistance. Adding ZrO 2 can enhance breaking ductility. This technology has been used in coal transportation pipeline and better results are obtained.
