胸腰椎骨折前路Kaneda及Z-plate内固定的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 对比胸腰椎骨折前路减压 Z- plate及 Kaneda两种内固定方法的优缺点。方法  1994年 4月~2 0 0 2年 4月 ,对 6 3例 ,胸腰椎骨折分别采用 Kaneda及 Z- plate手术 ,并从内植物的生物力学结构 ,手术安装 ,内固定效果 ,并发症 ,手术时间等方面进行比较。结果 以 Z- plate的生物力学结构更合理 ,内固定牢固可靠 ,能充分撑开并维持伤椎中柱高度。内植物安装简便省时 ,手术时间较 K组缩短 1.1小时 ,并发症少。结论 Z- plate为胸腰椎骨折前路手术较理想的内固定方法。 Objective To study the difference between two internal fixation methods Kaneda and Z plate in the operation of anterior surgical approach and decompression after thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The bio mechanical structure of the internal fixture, install when operating, complications and time of the operation were compared in the cases by Kaneda and Z plate. Results Z plate method had the following characteristics: reasonable of the bio mechanical sturcture; stability after internal fixture being installed; capability of completely propping up the injured centrum and keeping the height of middle column; simple operation when installing internal fixture and shorter time of operation (1.1 hours, P <0.05); fewer complications. Conclusion Z plate is an ideal internal fixation method in the operation of anterior surgical approach after thoracolumbar fractures.
