高频电凝电切术治疗上消化道息肉216例

Electrotomy with high-frequency electrocoagulation for 216 cases of polyps upper digestive tract

目的 观察高频电凝电切术治疗上消化道息肉效果。方法 采用高频电凝电切机 ,经内镜下高频电切术切除上消化道息肉 2 1 6例。结果 共切除息肉 2 2 5颗 ,其中 2 0颗息肉因进入十二指肠降段 ,2 0 5颗息肉进行病理活检 ,2例电切未能成功。整个手术时间 :单发性息肉 3～ 5min ,多发性息肉 5～ 1 0min ,均一次手术完成。结论 高频电凝电切术是一种安全、可靠、需时短。

Objective To observe the effect of high-frequency electrosection for treatment of upper digestive polyps.Methods The upper digestive tract polyps in 216 patients were excised with high-frequency electrosection.Results 225 piece of the upper digestive tract polyps in 216 patients was removed,20 piece of polyps were located to descending part of duodenum,205 piece of polyps were examined pathologically,2 cases were unsuccessful. It took about 3 to 5 min to remove the single polyp, and multiple polyp took about 5 to 10min.Conclusion This method is quick,safe, less complications and simple and effective for polyps of upper digestive tract.
