国产与进口右旋糖酐-70滴眼液治疗干眼综合征比较

Domestic vs imported dextran -70 eye drops in treating dry eye syndromes

目的 :评价国产右旋糖酐 70滴眼液对干眼综合征的疗效及安全性。方法 :国产组 1 0 0例(男性 44例 ,女性 5 6例 ,年龄 49a±s1 3a) ,使用国产右旋糖酐 70滴眼液。进口组 60例 (男性 2 9例 ,女性3 1例 ,年龄 5 0a± 1 4a) ,用进口右旋糖酐 70滴眼液 ,用药前及用药后 2wk和 4wk进行检查、评分。结果 :国产组和进口组对干眼综合征的总有效率分别为 97%和 97% ,组间差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2组均无明显不良反应。结论 :国产右旋糖酐 70滴眼液治疗干眼症疗效明显且安全 ,与进口右旋糖酐

AIM: To evaluate the efficacies and safety of domestic vs imported dextran 70 eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndromes. METHODS: Domestic group of one haundred patients with dry eye syndromes (M 44, F 56;age 49 a± s 13 a) received domestic dextran 70 eye drops. Imported group of sixty patients with dry eye syndromes (M 29, F 31; age 50 a±14 a) received imported dextran 70 eye drops. Every patient was examined and gave a score before the treatment and on 2 wk and 4 wk after the treatment. RESULTS: The clinical effective rate of two groups was 97 % and 97 % respectively ( P> 0.05) . There were no obvious adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: Domestic and imported dextran 70 eye drops have same effect in the treatment of dry eye syndromes.
