摘要
某电厂 6 0 0MW机组 1号炉一次风机 2B运行过程中振动偏大 ,且有逐渐增加的趋势。对该风机进行了振动测试 ,并对记录数据进行分析 ,结合振动信号的特征 ,对故障进行了诊断 ,确定了振动原因 ,然后实施了动平衡 ,取得显著效果。该风机的振动特征及处理过程具有代表性。给出分析、诊断的思路和处理方法 。
In a power plant, the vibration of the blower fan 2B of the #1 boiler was high during operation, and the vibration trend was going high. The vibration of the fan was tested. The data, combined with the character of the vibration, were analyzed. Then the diagnosis of the fan′s fault was performed and the cause of the fault was found. Finally, the balance move was carried out successfully in the field. The character of the vibration and the troubleshooting procedure of the 2B fan are representative. This article shows not only the thinking way of the analysis and the diagnosis but the method of dealing with this fault, which provides a reference for the similar fault.
