摘要
为研究 12 5MW燃煤发电机组锅炉再热器放空管和疏水管与集汽箱连接管座的角焊缝热疲劳裂纹 ,对一台 42 0t/h炉再热器集汽箱的放空管和疏水管管壁温度进行了测量 ,证实在变工况运行时 ,此处的焊缝多次经受温差应力作用 ,便会遭受破坏而产生裂纹。
In order to research thermal fatigue of corner welding line of the 125MW dynamotor boiler reheater, the pipe wall's temperature has been measured for a 420t/h boiler reheater collecting steam box and evacuating water pipe. It is been proved under various working condition, the welding line suffer frequent thermal stress so as to produce crack there. This text give step of guard against crack above the temperature measure.
