Rebuilding the old power plant by Gas Turbine Combined Cycle(GTCC), which can enhance the using efficiency of energy, reduce the consumption of energy, save investment because of using the existing equipments and take effect rapidly. This article has discussed the main methods and the heat efficiency for the rebuilding by GTCC.
