摘要
在对锅炉结垢物进行化学分析和结垢腐蚀的原因分析基础上,有针对性地提出了防止、减缓结垢腐蚀的措施,锅炉结垢逐步减轻,腐蚀状态有了很大改善,发电煤耗降低率了24.82%。
A chemical analysis was carried out on the boiler's scalings and the corrosion causes due to the scalings were analyzed. Based on the analysis, the relative measures to prevent and to relieve scalings were given. This made a gradually relief of the scalings and made a great improvement of the corrosion. Coal consumption for power generation reduced by 24.82%.
