摘要
阐述了二段炉出口甲烷含量升高的原因 ,认为是二段炉空气分布器所致。进而分析了该分布器的结构特点及产生偏流的原因。对二段炉平衡温距进行了计算 。
The reason of increasing methane content at outlet of secondary reformer is described; Author thinks that its reason is caused by the secondary reformer air distributor. Moreover the structure feature of this distributor and the reason of deflection flow caused are also analyzed. The balance temperature distance of secondary reformer is calculated, and the certification is made through the equipment inspection and repair.
